My organization has produced a health care report card. Can it be included in this site?
Yes. If you have developed a consumer report on health care quality, please contact us at talkingquality@ahrq.gov. We check each report against the following criteria:
- It is designed for consumers, defined as enrollees, employees, beneficiaries of Medicare or Medicaid, or the public at large.
- It is available to consumers, although not necessarily all consumers or for free.
- It includes comparative data on quality for more than one health care organization.
- It provides information about one of the following types of health care providers:
- Health plans.
- Hospitals (inpatient and outpatient care).
- Medical groups/clinics
- Individual physicians.
- Managed behavioral health organizations.
- Nursing homes.
- Home health agencies.
- Dialysis facilities.
If your report meets these criteria, we will add it to the Report Card Compendium. We may also use it to illustrate a point made in TalkingQuality.
My organization conducted research on our quality report. Can we share our findings with you?
Yes. We encourage you to take advantage of TalkingQuality as a vehicle for sharing what you learn to help improve the state-of-the-art. Please contact us at talkingquality@ahrq.gov to discuss how we can help you disseminate your findings.
